Examples of preventing product deterioration due to contamination from mixed varieties of grains and rice, insect infestations, and foreign matter intrusion are included!

We will introduce examples of preventing contamination, product deterioration, and foreign matter intrusion using products from Tsubakimoto Bulk System Co., Ltd. This time, we have picked examples adopted in the grain industry and rice milling companies. [Contents] - Resolution of residual issues at the bottom of bucket elevator tails - Prevention of foreign matter intrusion with separators suitable for protecting downstream equipment - Resolution of residual issues in flow conveyor tail cases For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Reduction of labor costs, heavy labor environment, and working hours through the streamlining of raw material receiving equipment.

Changed from paper bags containing raw materials to bulk bags! This resulted in increased processing capacity and reduced work time.

We would like to introduce a case where the streamlining of raw material receiving equipment has reduced labor costs, heavy labor environments, and working hours. To lift raw materials in paper bags from the first to the sixth floor, three workers were required, and the lateral movement of the paper bags to the opening machine was heavy labor. Therefore, we proposed a system flow incorporating the Tsubaki NAB Apron Beta and CF Circle Feeder. As a result, by automating the process, it became possible to reduce the number of personnel required for receiving bulk bags to just one, leading to a reduction in labor costs for two workers. [Issues] - Three workers were needed to lift raw materials in paper bags from the first to the sixth floor. - The lateral movement of paper bags to the opening machine was heavy labor. - Labor costs were incurred as the work was outsourced. - Working hours and cost aspects were challenges. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
